Overview
This policy explains how Revamp handles refunds, cancellations, and disputes for our subscriptions and services. It is designed to be transparent and fair while protecting against misuse. These terms complement our Terms of Service and apply to all purchases made with Revamp.
Subscriptions
- Billing cadence: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Prorations: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a current billing period.
One‑time Services
For one‑time services (e.g., custom work or one‑off credits), charges are non‑refundable once work has begun or credits have been consumed.
Currency
All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Quality Issues
If you encounter a material issue that prevents normal use of the service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to troubleshoot. If we are unable to remedy the issue in a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution. We provide receipts and usage evidence to our payment processor when responding to disputes.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, invoice ID, and a brief description of the issue. Our team typically responds within 2 business days.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
