Built around your business

Your spreadsheet already knows your business.

The clients, the jobs, the way you work. Give that information a purpose-built app, with clear screens and actions for the people who use it.

Build my app

Find the right information.

Search clients, filter jobs by status and open a record to see its details. Put the information people need within reach.

Give everyone a better way to work.

Create forms for new requests, dashboards for the bigger picture and separate access for your team or clients.

Change the app as your business changes.

Need an approval step or a different report? Describe it in chat. Keep improving the same app instead of starting over.

What does your spreadsheet track?

Clients

A client management app

Contact details, notes and follow-ups in one place.

Projects

A job and project tracker

Owners, deadlines and progress your team can update.

Inventory

An inventory app

Product records, stock views and forms for changes.

From spreadsheet to app, in three steps.

  1. Bring your spreadsheet.

Upload your Excel, Numbers, OpenDocument, CSV or TSV file. Add an optional prompt about the app you have in mind.

  2. Build it together.

Sign in and Revamp starts from your actual records. Review the result and ask for changes in plain language.

  3. Put it to work.

Check the records and workflows, then publish when you’re ready. Return to the same project for every update.

From a Revamp customer

Built for people with a business to run.

“I needed a system for my new real estate business. I described what I wanted, and Revamp built it. Now I can organize properties, track processes, and see my portfolio clearly without spending time on technical or design decisions.”

Which spreadsheet files can I upload?

Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm and .xlsb), OpenDocument (.ods), Apple Numbers (.numbers), CSV and TSV files, up to 16 MB. Revamp reads your sheets, tables and records, so you don’t need to copy them into a prompt. Use an unprotected file; for older Numbers documents, save a fresh copy in the current Numbers app.

Can I turn a Google Sheet into an app?

Yes. Download your Google Sheet as Excel or CSV and upload it here. For a continuing connection, you can connect Google Sheets in Studio on an eligible plan and ask for the read and update actions you need. Uploading a file is a one-time import, not automatic synchronization.

Do I have to write a prompt?

No. Your spreadsheet is enough to start. Add a prompt if you want a particular workflow, layout or audience; you can also ask for changes after the first result.

Can I give clients and staff different access?

Yes. Ask for customer or team accounts and describe who should see or change each part of the app. Review those permissions with separate accounts before sharing private records.

Will my formulas and macros carry over?

Revamp can use the available cell values and formula expressions as context. Formulas and macros are not automatically converted into working app logic. Tell Revamp how a calculation should work and check the result against your spreadsheet.

Will the app work on a phone?

Revamp builds web apps that run in a browser. Ask for screens that work on phones and desktops, and review both before publishing. This flow doesn’t create an App Store or Google Play listing.

How much does it cost?

A new account includes 30 one-time credits to explore Revamp. Building and editing use credits. Grow and eligible agency plans include business features, connections and custom-domain publishing. See pricing for current plans and allowances.
